While experiencing loss is universal it tends to be an isolating time for many people. I know how disorienting grief can be and I've learned through my own experiences that connection and communication are important. While I may not be able to take your pain away, we can learn how to hold it all a little better. We grieve as deeply as we love and remembering that can help to shift the pain of grieving into an honoring of our deep care.
