I am committed to freeing the blockages in your life, relationships, passions and work. I support individuals & couples using mindfulness, somatic and experiential techniques that access deeper material than is usually accessed through traditional talk therapy alone. I have substantial experience working with anxiety, trauma, grief, depression and relationship issues. It takes true courage to reach out for support but finding the right support is even more important. Because the most important factor in success in therapy is the personal relationship we have with each other, I see this work as a mutual process we co-create together.
I work with an embodied, somatic, mindfulness & trauma informed approach to uprooting deep emotional issues, healing relationships and empowering you to make the changes that your truth is calling for. I am deeply trained in Mindfulness, EMDR, Somatic therapy and Couples therapy as well as Professional Coaching. I also offer Psychedelic Integration Therapy.
I offer in person & virtual meetings as well as outside at nature areas. Psychedelic Integration Circle with Julian
Genuine integration is the longer term process of healing, transformation and living in alignment with truth or, to use the language of Yoga: living one's 'dharma' in the world. Cultivating loving community and healthy connection are also crucial elements of integration. If you find these circles helpful and it is possible for your schedule, I highly recommend attending them consistently for a period of 2-3 months to support longer term healing and transformations.
