I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) using a person/client centered approach. I will provide unconditional positive regard to every client I meet and will bring a warm, welcoming safe space to open up. My approach is mainly focused on Adlerian family theory and existentialism/spiritualism. My specialty is mainly focused on helping children and young adults learn how to develop independence in all sorts of situations. Clients I have worked with before have dealt with religious trauma, enmeshment and relationship issues. My passion is involved with helping individuals reach their true potential

I heavily subscribe to the Acceptance & Commitment Therapy framework, but pull from several different approaches to meet my clients where they are & support them in the ways they deem important.
