I’m dedicated to developing a collaborative and authentic therapeutic relationship with my clients. I use an integrative approach to therapy to help client’s journey through depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, life transitions, marriage, and family issues. As a marriage and family therapist I love helping couples and families of all backgrounds discover their unique goals and help families to thrive as a team. I’m passionate about working with individuals, families, couples, adolescents, veterans and military families.

Many people experience mental health concerns that feel isolating, like anxiety, grief, depression, loneliness, and more. Some have a traumatic or difficult past that can surge to the surface unexpectedly, making your day difficult. Nobody is too far gone, crazy, or unreasonable for experiencing these things. I like to jump in with you and figure it out together! I fit my services to you, rather than expecting you to fit to me. I like to learn what makes you grow, change, and be motivated, and then go from there.

I understand and I have experienced depression and anxiety and what it's like to be addicted to alcohol and drugs. I have 26 years of recovery and I couldn't have done this without the help of those who would listen. I see individual adults for therapy. I also see adults with life transitions, ptsd, stress, anti-social disorders, family/social relationships, grief, medical/physical focus, multicultural/diversity issues, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, bipolar, relationship therapy, spirituality, and trauma.

Hi there! I am accepting clients on weekday evenings. I work with adults, couples and teens ages 16+. I am passionate about helping my clients heal from trauma, break cycles and patterns of behavior that are no longer serving them, overcome limiting beliefs about themselves, and effectively cope with overwhelming emotions. Life stressors, relationship issues, loss, life transitions, and traumatic events can sometimes create the perfect storm mentally. You do not have to go through this alone. I am committed to helping you learn and heal from some of the darkest times and transform them into a healthier, more empowered you.

Sometimes, we just want to find "home," that place within us that is our true self and that validates who we are and what we believe in but that often gets in conflict with others who want us to change in order to fit what they want us to be. I partner with my clients to help them find that place of home as they deal with life changes and transitions that may result in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, a search for purpose and meaning of a wish for personal growth.

The concept of Peace is an integral part of my experiences & represents what I have seen others strive for in their struggles. Finding & developing Peace within one's life is an ongoing & proactive journey that often requires the support of others. This path to a sense of serenity and balance allows one not only to experience calm before the storm, but to be calm within the storm. Everyone deserves unconditional positive regard while developing their identity, making changes in their lives, or simply looking for validation within a non-judgmental environment.

Life is unpredictable and can throw us off when situations occur. My intuitive skills and positive outlook on life can help you find the specific tools needed to navigate life's uncertainties in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

I am grateful to be in service to diverse populations, and cultures of people. I work with adults managing anxiety, grief/loss, relationship conflict, women's issues, and self-identity. As a multicultural woman, I not only have personal experience with historical trauma, intergenerational trauma, and women's issues, I also specialize in grief and loss, sexual assault/violence, suicidality, relationship issues, transitional difficulties, depression, anxiety, identity formation, and more. With experience serving ages 12-adult, I aim to create a safe space to explore an array of different obstacles within the human experience to leave my clients feeling empowered and heard. My clients come to me looking for reprieve from mental aguish, and in true acceptance of the self, we venture there together.

I view our life journey as a collection of experiences that influence who we are and how we see the world. We often experience (and can expect) to deal with hurdles and roadblocks that can make some days unbearable. This is where counseling comes in. I love joining alongside others and empowering them to keep making steps when they don’t think they can. I will always admit to any client that counseling is hard and applaud anyone who takes the step to reflect inward and grow. My hope and main priority are to create a space where ALL individuals feel safe enough to be their authentic selves.
