I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist who works with young adults struggling to manage the impact of trauma – anxiety, depression, social and mental isolation, self-harming behaviors, suicidal thoughts and ideation, dissociation from the body, difficulty with school, etc.

As a licensed clinical social worker with clinical experience in healthcare and with family systems, I have chosen to direct my practice towards folks with chronic disease and people who are close to them as I believe these populations often do not receive enough support around their experiences.

Therapy with me is not about having one more person in your life telling you what’s wrong or what needs to change. Instead, I’m here to listen to your goals and needs without judgment. We will get curious about how your pain is currently impacting your life and work towards healing so that you can discover and continue to be your most true self.

If you're saying "I can't sleep!", I can help. Enjoy restorative sleep & vital days. Maybe you've had insomnia for years - it's still fixable. We can change the habit of lying awake, worrying, watching the clock - insomnia can be resolved w-out drugs. Sadly, many professionals prescribe drugs (don't work long-term) or "sleep hygiene," which won't fix chronic insomnia. Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia is a short-term treatment - 6-10 sessions. Trauma-related nightmares can also be treated in just 5 sessions, allowing more sleep, fewer PTSD symptoms. During flu/covid season, I'm online only.
