My approach is based on Attachment Theory & CPTSD: the idea that much of our conflict & distress stems from old wounds & unmet needs. De-coding this blueprint provides a path toward healing & fulfillment. Relational issues, estrangement, Teen/YA issues & living life “on purpose” are all areas I am passionate about. I incorporate trauma-informed, conventional therapeutic modalities and a Buddhist Psychology perspective. I am a rabid ally and advocate for equality.
