I enjoy helping both individuals and couples to navigate the multi-directional obstacle course of life in order to help you feel more confident and connected. As a non-binary, gender expansive, masculine person I walk the middle ground of societies claim of male and female roles and intentions. I offer my experience to others to find their specific and unique understanding of their gender and sexuality. I am offering my lifetime of experience and intuition to assist others in finding their own path for living authentically.

The poet, Mary Oliver, asks: "Tell me, what is it that you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" I am so honored to walk with my clients in a skill-based approach as we explore these kinds of questions and access that deeper wisdom available to us all. The human psyche is such a magnificent entity--your search for an ultimately satisfying life deserves to be witnessed and supported as you move through it! I believe that as you recognize patterns which may be limiting your life and release them, you will find the source of true empowerment as well as our interconnectedness with it.

Therapy is an art, not a science. Since every person is a unique individual, therapy will vary depending on the persons involved. Hence, there can be no one approach to therapy which works for everyone. To facilitate change, different techniques may be used. However, the forging of a therapeutic alliance is essential for change. Research has shown that a successful outcome in therapy depends on this. In humanistic psychology, emphasis is placed on self-actualization. A propensity to self-actualize is presumed to exist in all persons. Karen Horney made the following analogy to illustrate this phenomenon.
