My approach is client-centered. I help clients who suffer from depression, anxiety and other issues. I have specialty training and numerous certificates in various modalities. I believe people who suffer from depression are dealing with grief and focus treatment accordingly.

My experience includes treating individuals with depression, anxiety, anger, and trauma.

I work with medically ill or clients that have failed previous treatment. I specialize in psychological and neuropsychological testing. I use a variety of methods to include CBT, behavioral and dynamic therapies. I have a staff of licensed and prelicensed professionals available to provide services on a sliding scale. We have a variety of psychological, neuropsychological tests and measurements for all age groups. I have a specific background in treatment of health and medical problems impacting psychological and cognitive functioning. My Psychological Assistants are able to work with a variety of clients with general psychological problems under my supervision (bilingual Spanish and Farsi).

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with overyears of experience in indivual, family and couple's counseling. My expertise is in anxiety disorders, stress management and depression. My background is very diverse and multi-cultural and I conduct therapy in Spanish, Farsi and French, aside from English. In therapy I combine Cognitive Therapy with a Spiritual perspective along with Stress Mangement and mindfulness techniques to help individuals grow and attain their full potential. My unique and comprehensive orientation combining Eastern Spiritual Wisdom with Traditional Psychotherapy speeds up the therapeutic process and helps clients to create changes at a much deeper level.
