It is my privilege to support folks in their healing, growth and attaining their desired changes. In my 13 yrs in practice, I developed an eclectic approach in which I try to get clients their progress as early as possible, customizing a variety of methods. During sessions, I give my full attention, compassion, skills-teaching, and honest feedback. I customize sessions for what they need (consider their upbringing, values, goals & ability). I work with clients of a wide range of cultural, political, religious, or spiritual backgrounds/value systems. Focus is on clients feeling more self-empowered, at peace & self-satisfied.

Therapy can be a powerful tool in deepening relationships, moving through pain, tolerating discomfort, and understanding the unknown! My therapeutic work is rooted in guiding clients to realize their own potential. I develop an empathic, therapeutic relationship with my clients to generate self-directed change. By meeting you where you are at, and helping you see parts of yourself that may feel inaccessible, we can move toward you living life the way you want to.

I use my extensive somatic training to help my clients build more capacity to be with and understand their feelings so that they can be in charge of their lives instead of their feelings pushing them around. I work with women, nonbinary, and trans folks who are longing to have a greater experience of freedom and pleasure in their bodies and relationships, as well as youth and teens living with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. With over a decade of experience working closely with youth and adults in clinical and educational settings, I'm here to support you and your family with your mental health. My offerings are trauma-informed, justice-centered, LGBTQIA+ affirming & sex positive, and are available for anyone seeking mental health support.

Music therapy is intended for children, teens and adults who have a strong connection to music, play and art, and who believe that starting with their creativity & strengths can help create therapeutic change. This creative form of therapy uses music in all of its facets. No musical skills are necessary. I work with children and teens who struggle with social-emotional challenges due to trauma, life changes, learning challenges, academic/social pressures that can result in anxiety and depression. For adults, music therapy might provide a richer and more intuitive experience with which to explore and cope with anxiety and depression.
