I support individuals and families in navigating life's challenges. Relationship with ourselves or with our loved ones are where we struggle the most. As Licensed MFT I specializing in treating Anxiety, OCD and relationships setbacks. With more than 10 years of experience in Israel and in California, I am passionate about helping my clients and their family to overcome struggles and move towards well-being, flexibility, balance, and fulfillment in life.
I use integrative approach of CBT, Psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. For OCD I use Inference-Based CBT which does not need exposures. I trained in ERP, and EFT for Couples therapy. Specialties include working with individuals, couples, & children. My practice is inclusive and I welcome all.
