We specialize in individualized Virtual psychotherapy, coaching and groups for adults with trauma and related disorders. We incorporate a mind body approach to trauma treatment. Our therapists are trauma informed and trained in body oriented approaches such as somatic experiencing, mindfulness and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy and integration.

Virtual Ketamine Integration Group
This group is specifically designed for individuals currently participating in a Ketamine treatment program. The group meets weekly for 90 min on zoom and focuses on supporting the integration of participants ongoing ketamine journey experiences. Participants are asked to do an individual Group assessment with one of our therapists prior to joining the group. This group is ongoing and members can join at any time.

Virtual Group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Our Virtual Group Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is a group designed for individuals looking to do ketamine assisted psychotherapy in a group setting. This group will lead members through the preparation dosing and integration phases of treatment together as a group. This is an on going weekly group with no more than 4 participants per group.
