Congrats, you've taken a brave step toward attaining the life you want! Do you miss when your relationship felt closer or easier? Do you or your partner struggle as teammates because of ADHD getting in the way? Perhaps you are going through fertility treatments & it all feels like a lot? Communication issues? I work with all kinds of issues & specialize in couples counseling, though I work individually, too. What sets me apart is I was trained as a Clinical Psychologist (Doctor of Psychology) & have completed research in, as well as extensively trained in, marriage, stress, & couples therapy. I'm also bilingual (Sp-Eng) & a parent.
I am great at what I do! I use my expertise to guide therapy. Clients feel my care. I have the knowledge it takes to see areas of weakness & know what to do about them. I help couples build a strong foundation premaritally, during marriage, OR help figure out when/how to break up amicably. I help individuals capitalize on strengths, value the self, & thrive.

Individuals or couples who are going through IVF and the surrogacy process in order to create their family have unique stressors and pregnancy journeys. This group is intended to help support these individuals or couples who are experiencing a very suspenseful and exciting time which can lead to high levels of stress and big emotions. Group will focus around members sharing, providing support, and going through some guided activities created by the group facilitator. This psychoeducational workshop (hosted on zoom) is designed for individuals or couples who want to: Learn about how ADHD may be impacting their relationship, Understand both Neurotypical's and ADHD folk's point's of views and differing feelings based on research, and to learn 5 strategies to improve communication and protect their romantic bond so the ADHD stops getting in the way. Q and A will follow after the powerpoint presentation. Adults only (18 years or older). Please note: This class is a one time experience as the same material will be taught again each time.
