I specialize in helping clients experience a sense of belonging, creative freedom, and confidence in their own voices and abilities. Whether you are a young person learning how to "adult" or an older adult wishing to reconnect with youthful joy, I consider it an honor and a privilege to help you overcome emotional pain while increasing your resilience.
I provide identity-affirming individual and partner therapy within a social justice framework, and I also firmly believe in the healing power of laughter. My passion is working with clients who are gender-, sexual-, and/or neurodiverse, whether or not these identities are topics of exploration.
