The modern psychoanalytic / psychodynamic psychotherapy I practice addresses your current struggles in light of early experiences and relationships with caregivers/significant others. One unique aspect of the psychoanalytic approach is the option of attending multiple sessions a week (typically between 3 and 5) which magnifies and deepens our work together.
