| Français Life is a series of transformations; some so subtle that they happen without much of our awareness. Sometimes the stressors that force these transitions leave us confused, frustrated, and at a loss, trying to cope with a host of novel, never-before-experienced feelings and emotions. They wreak havoc on our lives, disrupt our personal and professional relationships, and prevent us from living to our fullest potential. I see my role as helping you move through these changes, process the losses, and gain insight into the patterns that are no longer effective.
I believe that life can be fulfilling in various ways; the path and detours it takes reflect the nuances and unique complexities of each individual. With an empathic, non-judgmental approach, I strive to provide a safe environment where individuals can build trust in me and the therapeutic process to share their most intimate thoughts to find their voice.
My approach to therapy is based on what emerges in the therapeutic container. I listen not only to what is being said but also to the silences. I work best with adults and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and helping couples recover from the trauma of infidelity.
