My focus is on mental wellbeing. I work with a full range of psychological conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment issues, and trauma. I am experienced with chronic medical, mental illness and medical trauma. I draw upon my experience and training in providing understanding and support for your individual needs. I am seeing clients throughout the state of California via telehealth.
I have many years of experience beginning with work in the entertainment industry (NY and LA), Nursing (at Resnick hospital at UCLA) and now as a provider of mental health care. I went into the field of psychological counseling because I have strong communication skills and empathy for those who are dealing with mental health related issues.
