I have been a psychotherapist for over a decade and I treat children, adolescents, and adults. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. Some of my areas of expertise include with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, divorce, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and parenting. I give my clients a safe space to process their emotions, learn how to manage stressors, and lead more meaningful lives.

I create a positive and calming environment for my clients and I tailor treatment to meet each clients’ individual needs. I draw from many years of experience as a school counselor and training in the following evidence-based modalities: EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, Violet Oaklander’s Play and Art Therapy Model, and Mindful Self Compassion.
