I am also involved in cutting edge psychotherapy practices such as psychedelic integrative therapy. As a fat, queer, neurodivergent disruptor of societal norms and systems, I hold a strength-based attachment focused framework that values and celebrates all genders, sexualities, bodies, ethnicities, cultures, abilities, family structures, religions, and socio-economic locations. I see these intersectionalities as a beautiful tapestry of personal empowerments which can become the foundation from which we work collectively to identify, address and dismantle systems of oppression. I believe humans shouldn’t be pathologized in a society designed to keep people sick and stuck.

I provide psychological testing and evaluation to address challenges related to memory, attention (ADHD), learning disabilities (dyslexia, dyscalculia and/or dysgraphia), and emotional/behavioral difficulties (autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, etc). In addition to assessment, I also provide individual counseling to build skills that foster independence and increase self-confidence. I utilize play therapy strategies to build self-esteem, and address anxiety and other concerns.
