My Goal is to support clients in exploring their past and present to uncover unhealthy patterns that may cause distress and stops them from creating the changes they seek. We will collaborate together to create strategies and solutions based on a holistic, cognitive, and psychodynamic approach that supports you in meeting your personal and professional goals, as well as creating lasting change in your life.

I am offering in-person and telehealth. I support my clients through the use of expressive arts and somatic awareness. I work with youth, teens, young professionals, parents/single-parents and couples supporting issues with anxiety, fear, shame, life transitions, grief, daily stressors, relationship challenges of many varieties, and formation/re-formation of self. You are capable of transforming challenges, pain, breakdowns or trauma into self-actuating power and wisdom. I offer warm presence, encouraging easeful participation and invitation of your creative spirit.

My life’s work is to improve & understand human relationships, and to help others live a life of meaning and authenticity. I strive to build bridges of understanding between multiple realities and reframing perspectives. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I specialize in trauma, transitions, cross-cultural adjustment, personal or professional relationship difficulties, parenting, grief, and marital issues.

My life philosophy is simple. I approach life with dedication, integrity and a sense of humor. The latter always comes in handy. While a native Californian, I’ve been lucky enough to have lived in three different countries and have learned that no matter the land or language, people crave love and union. People are waiting to tell their story, be heard and accepted.

As a fat, queer, neurodivergent disruptor of societal norms and systems, I hold a strength-based attachment focused framework that values and celebrates all genders, sexualities, bodies, ethnicities, cultures, abilities, family structures, religions, and socio-economic locations. I see these intersectionalities as a beautiful tapestry of personal empowerments which can become the foundation from which we work collectively to identify, address and dismantle systems of oppression. I believe humans shouldn’t be pathologized in a society designed to keep people sick and stuck.
