My career has been dedicated to helping individuals create meaning in their lives. As a Vietnamese American, born and raised in Southern California by two immigrant parents, I connect with various cultural and generational factors that impact many Asian American individuals. As a mother and a wife, I understand the complex challenges and overwhelming feelings that accompany balancing different life roles and various transitions/changes. And as a working professional, I enjoy helping other professionals establish a work-life balance and work towards their career goals.
I specialize in working with young adults, women, working professionals, and Asian Americans. I incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for those who need support with emotion regulation. I work with many clients with ADHD to improve executive functioning challenges. I also conduct brief ADHD testing and psychological testing for those who need clarity.
