Groups
Anger Management, & Parenting Skills
Group counseling works because it reduces isolation and promotes a sense of universal development. The groups are provided through Virtual Telehealth that are equal to social gatherings. The material used through out the sessions are evidence-based educational material, and the groups are court approved for those that are mandated by the Courts. Each session is 50 - 75 minutes and help all participants realize they are not alone. Each person is welcome to talk about their experiences with others in the group that have personal encounters and feelings that are similar.
