In the past 2-3 years, we have seen much of the stigma around asking for help with mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression melt away. However, we have also seen a need for mental health services increase greatly, especially for children and adolescents after going through the pandemic and not being able to attend school to socialize in the way that they were used to doing for nearly 2 school years. More than ever, it is important to pay attention to early signs of depression, anxiety, anger, isolation, and other symptoms that may indicate that you or a loved one may need to seek treatment before things get worse.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I have been working in a counseling field since 2010. I have experience working in Child Welfare, non-profit and private practice settings with individuals, couples, families and groups who are experiencing a wide range of challenges. I believe in helping others realize how trauma and challenges have affected their life and how to look beyond the problem to the possibilities of a peaceful now. I enjoy working with others on their journey to becoming the best version of them self. I work with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD. from Biola University) with previous training as a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT from Fuller Theological Seminary). I have a passion for providing professional Psychological services as well as Christian counseling to those who are suffering. I completed a total of six years of graduate training at two of the six American Psychological Association (APA) approved Christian clinical psychology programs. Both of these institutions are committed to the development of practitioners adept in the integration of Psychology and Christian theology in clinical practice and research.
