I coach individuals to tap their potential, ignite their passion, and define their purpose to be successful in life, work, and relationships. My clients become happy, well-adjusted individuals that find joy in the ability to have a meaningful impact on themselves and their community. Please note: I do not offer counseling or psychotherapy services. My practice focuses on coaching services to address behaviors, emotions, thoughts, and actions that are holding clients back. I offer reasonable rates but do not accept insurance. I provide superbills on request for clients to submit for their out-of-network insurance benefits.

Working with clients on all types of issues ends in such positive results. My services are a private one-on-one in office/phone sessions. Ask about Groups for those needing interaction. Each session is customized to that individual with the recording of that session. I help them get results and let them take control of their life once again. Many of my clients come back for other sessions which includes stop smoking, weight-loss, anxiety, Lap Band Weight loss, dating/relationship issues, women and mens issues, sports and more.

I help men and couples overcome porn addiction, sex addiction, infidelity, or betrayal trauma. You are not alone. There is hope. You can conquer this, it just takes a lot of work. I will help you start new habits, change your thinking, and deepen your connection to others as ways of healing from your pain, whether it is self-inflicted or from your partner. Recovery is a long, hard road. We will get you unstuck from old patterns of behavior, emotional self-medicating, and insecure attachment. You can feel proud of who you are and what you offer to the world and the key people in your life.

My years of clinical practice have helped me to understand the value of an individual. Most people have the resources they need to manage the challenges they have, but they sometimes struggle to see the resources that are available to them. I use a solution focused, non judgmental, approach to help individuals resolve major life issues like addiction, depression, anxiety, and family and relational conflict. Individuals and couples can find affective attunement with themselves, their spouse, and their children, as they learn to strengthen who they are as individuals and become clearer about their own emotional regulation.

I am a licensed psychologist offering online therapy in 39 states. I am an integrative psychotherapist and bring curiosity, warmth, compassion, and a sense of humor to the therapeutic relationship. I consider societal and cultural influences while helping clients to explore their relationship/intimacy issues, sexuality, identity, struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I take a sex positive approach and am attuned to the needs of poly, non-monogamous, open, kink, and BDSM clients. I find Clients do best when they understand the science associated with their struggles and mental health.

Services include individual and family therapy. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, OCD, dementia/Alzheimer's, and childhood behavior issues.
