My goal is to work collaboratively with you so that you get what you need out of therapy. I believe I offer a uniquely comforting style of therapy. I am a trained trauma therapist and an EMDR practitioner with seasoned experience working in public health as well as private practice. As a trauma informed therapist I believe in a holistic approach to healing. I believe in the unique power of each individual to achieve positive change and overcome challenges. I believe the relationship you form with your counselor is extremely important to the healing process.

Kerry feels honored to support adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and the challenges of adjustment and life changes including becoming new parents, seasons of life, and divorce/separation. She also welcomes parenting concerns and couples wanting to improve their relationship.

I work with a broad area of care including: Divorce, co-parenting and reunification. understanding the needs of children and family after divorce and adjusting to a new life. I also work with the unique needs of families with special needs kids, siblings and caregivers. I also have a passion for Religious trauma and the adjustment to a new life post faith changes. I have a passion for teaching boundaries and why they are important in our life and family system.

I promise you that even when it feels like you just can't do it anymore.. you really can! I personally have experienced much of life's hardships but I'm grateful for that because it gave me the opportunity to help others! I love helping people find their passion and understand how to cope through life. I primarily work with narcissistic abuse survivors as well as empaths and HSP's. Understanding how to function in a world that you seemingly don't fit into can be a huge challenge that comes with what seems like, debilitating anxiety, depression, and more. Being an empath myself, I can completely understand and relate to my clients!

Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Everyone. Yes, even you. Many of us are struggling to thrive in the world, dealing with unprecedented stress, oppression, and disconnection. I strive to offer hope to queer people, neurodivergent folks, and those living with painful trauma experiences. You're probably reading this because you are hurting in some way and struggling to know how to make things better. You don't have to struggle alone. I work with individuals and couples as a collaborative yet directive ally to help them move from heartbreak to healing using evidence based practices such as Emotionally Focused Couples and Individual Therapy (EFT, EFIT) and EMDR. I bring warmth, humor, direction, and accountability to some of the hardest issues such as Infidelity, infertility, sexual trauma, crisis, grief, parenting children of disability, chronic illness, or relationships where Neurodiversity is present. We all have challenges. Admittedly some are objectively harder than others but our own challenges are unique to each of us and can seem devastating from our perspective. I would like to help you work through yours. I am not going to give you platitudes. Instead, I want to help you learn to accept, cope, cry if you need to, and then get back up! It’s not easy, but you can do hard things! As a college professor, and my background in medicine, my natural instinct is to make sure you understand both the biological and psychological reasons behind your troubles and then we work together to put YOU back in control of your life.

Hello I'm Clark Lee owner of S.O.L.E. "survivors of life experience" Counseling. I have a passion for the work I do. I'm a certified sexual addiction therapist and also trained in betrayal trauma healing. We work with individuals and couples in experiencing healing and wholeness through this essential work. We provide clients with an atmosphere of support and safety in their journey toward healing and finding their true self. I have worked at The Meadows, a world-renowned inpatient treatment facility, assisting clients with their sexual addiction and betrayal trauma.

Making sense of changes in religious beliefs can be hard! You’ve come across new information or have had new experiences in life that have shifted the way you see the world and yourself. It’s hard talking to friends and family who don’t understand the changes you are going through, which leaves you feeling lonely and unsure of how to move forward. It can be so painful trying to stay connected to those you care about while also staying true to yourself.

My clients have often expressed how easy and comfortable it is to open up to me even in the most difficult situations. Through my experiences of working with women and young adult groups, being a mom of four, and growing up in a large family I have developed a gift of connecting with others. I am passionate about working alongside my clients to make sure they feel safe, supported, and gain self-worth. My counseling approach is holistic, keeping each client’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs (when appropriate) into consideration throughout treatment.
