I am a client centered therapist where I assist the client(s) whether they be adults, teens, tween or the complete family. My passion is working with indviduals by improving communication, boundaries, and healing trauma providing noticeabe growth for the individual and/or family members. What I have been learned with experience as an individual therapist and parent educator is the need for a safe place to share emotional responses to tramatic and/or everyday life situation and learn how to manage and share their emotions appropriateluy no matter the develop,ental stage of life.

I work with clients from preteen, adolescents/teenagers, adults, and couples. Life throws us challenges at all stages, and the skills we need can be different for each experience. I hope to help others with building up their toolbox of skills and strategies. We have the skills but sometimes need the help get to where we want to be mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Services include individual and family therapy. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, OCD, dementia/Alzheimer's, and childhood behavior issues. I use an integrative approach to therapy such as CBT, EFT, Environmental and Dietary focus, as well as mindfulness and meditation.
