I primarily work with therapists, spiritual facilitators and practitioners, and others on a journey of self-awareness, healing, and integration. My depth-orientation incorporates intention, curiosity, reflection, and somatic and emotional awareness. Together, through exploration and a strong therapeutic relationship, we move in the direction of increased psychobiological capacity, loosening shame and self-judgment, and opening to a greater sense of aliveness.
My work is primarily informed by the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM), in which I am a master-level training assistant and post-master student.
If you're curious about the possibility of working together, feel free to reach out to schedule a free 10-15-minute zoom consult.
