I have over 20 years in the Behavioral Health Field -specifically working with children and families who have experienced trauma from neglect, and sexual and physical abuse. I also have experience working with the adult substance use population in an outpatient setting. My practice focuses on helping adults, adolescents and children learn skills to reduce the emotional chaos experienced in their daily lives. For 20 years, my experience includes helping clients who have experienced emotional trauma, divorce recovery for children, grief work, anxiety and depression symptom reduction. Hi, I’m a licensed therapist committed to working with individuals, couples, and families. My work focuses on treating those affected by anxiety, trauma, addiction, and day-to-day stressors. Additionally, I hold great interest in treating children with emotional or behavioral issues, adults struggling with life transitions, substance abuse, and Marital compromise. I believe in taking a holistic yet solution-focused systemic approach in therapy. Everyone is unique and powerful in their own way, and we all have the ability to manifest a new path.

My goal in counseling is to help people overcome their difficult issues in their life, reach their goals, and become happier and more balanced individuals.
