As a therapist, my mission is to help individuals find the strength and resources within themselves to gain insight, enhance their ability to engage in interpersonal relationships, and regain control of their lives. Working collaboratively, we will establish goals, develop a path toward achieving them, and confront obstacles to change and develop personalized tools and skills. I have dedicated my decade-long career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of sexual health, intimacy, and relationship dynamics, in addition to empowering clients to manage and overcome their struggles with anxiety, OCD and low self-confidence.
My practice offers a safe space for clients to explore and address various sexual issues, such as low desire, erectile dysfunction, orgasmic challenges, kink and BDSM, polyamory and non-monogamy. I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques including CBT, solution-focused therapy, and emotionally-focused therapy, tailored to meet each client's unique goals.
One of my core beliefs is that sexual well-being is a crucial component of overall health, and I approach therapy with an open, non-judgmental, and affirming stance. My work is driven by the conviction that everyone deserves to experience a life of fulfillment and joy, free from shame, stigma and anxious thoughts.

This support group offers a welcoming and empowering environment for women navigating the unique challenges and opportunities that come with this transformative stage of life.
