Many of my clients are medical professionals, and executives where privacy is an utmost concern although my practice is not limited to any specific profession.

Renee uses a variety of techniques to offer each client their own personal experience of healing. She utilizes motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT to assist clients on their journey. Renee has a gentle approach but does occasionally give homework assignments to help guide a client through strong emotions or to help learn new coping skills. Mark J. Gaskill, LMFT Mark J. Gaskill is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington with 28 years of experience. His degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University, a Master of Family Therapy from Hahnemann University (Drexel) and Post Graduate Training at The Family Therapy Training Program of Philadelphia. Mark believes in being relationship and strength-based while focusing on identifying core process issues that are creating distress. He partners with the individual, couple, or family in a manner to create insight and relief.

Lynden Gellner is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 4 years of experience working with client who have anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other stressors. Lynden has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from City University and a Bachelor of Art in English and Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University. Through a combination of Mindfulness Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamics, Existential Therapy, and Person-Center Therapy we will find the right approach to meet your specific needs.
