Now accepting new clients for our Salem and Beaverton offices. At Compassionate Comfort Counseling, LLC we provide accessible and personalized mental health counseling and therapy, either in-person or virtually. We offer individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

I enjoy working with individuals who want to move through their emotional trauma and become the best versions of themselves. My modality is to work with the clients who are struggling with grief, loss, anxiety, depression, identity. disorders and much more. My hope is that each person is treated with dignity and respect while working on their therapeutic goals.

Having a safe place to work through what life throws at you can be valuable, and having a counselor who is a good fit can help you feel more at ease in the counseling experience. I work with people who are experiencing relationship difficulties, going through life transitions, dealing with depression, anxiety, and grief. I use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Individual Emotionally Focused Therapy (IFIT).
