Since I started my work as a therapist, I have been helping my clients heal from trauma, sexual addiction, and the life impacts of other problematic sexual behaviors and choices they have made that led them to feel shame, anxiety and depression. Joleena specializes in helping couples working through betrayal and addiction of all kinds. She also works with clients that are struggling with anxiety, addictive behaviors, depression, PTSD, emotional abuse, mental abuse and trauma of various kinds. Hello and Welcome! I am Lorinda Sanders and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Idaho and Oregon. I've been in practice 25 years. I graduated from Walla Walla University with a Master in Social Work in 2000. My experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, career challenges, LGBTQ, relational conflict, grief and loss, and adjustment/transitional challenges. I use a number of therapeutic techniques including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, ACT, Trauma Informed Care, Mindfulness and strengths based techniques. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Oregon University and received her Master of Science in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Western Oregon University.Sharon believes that everyone can benefit from exploring choices to choose a hopeful path forward.
