For couples, I can help you break negative cycles of distress and estrangement, guiding as you build the safe, intimate, loving connection you desire. Many years of training lead me to study the most current developments in neuropsychology and adult attachment based theory. I am a certified EMDR therapist & certified EFT therapist and supervisor
