I strive to work collaboratively with people to create positive changes in a caring and non-pathologizing environment for those who are struggling with a variety of problems. My guiding approach to effective therapy focuses on seeing the problem as separate from the person. I believe that people are the experts of their lives. I choose to sit in a place of curiosity to help you uncover already present strengths or develop new approaches to life's challenges.
I specialize in women's issues, work/life balance, grief, sexual assault/rape recovery and adjustment disorders. My services are provided 100% online via video or phone. This modality is tailor made for clients who have busy lives.
I love to laugh and believe laughter really is the best medicine! I find myself using humor (when appropriate) to create space to examine a problem. I enjoy the work I do with clients and find myself constantly learning from the journeys we take together.
