I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing for over 13 years. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults for over two decades, building on strengths and overcoming challenges. I work with the individual to address emotional and mental health. In addition, I provide supervision and oversight to licensed associate professionals working towards independent licensure. Our group practice also houses multiple providers who are trained in other modalities such as EMDR, Sand Tray, Play therapy, Family Systems, etc to address your needs.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic and Attachment Based therapy, as well as other modalities which focus on reaching individual goals. Using what works best for each and every client we will develop a plan for success.
Focusing on the client's strengths and interests and using a variety of strategies, most clients find they are heard and are able to focus on their needs.
