RAW: Respecting Anger in Women (FULL)
A six week dynamic group for women, and those who identify as women, who are ready to look at their anger, commit to their self, and take back their power. Skills building, written work, sharing and support are all part of the work in group session. We meet for 60 minutes on select Thursdays. Space in each session is limited.
