I graduated with a Masters in Social Work in 2020 from Colorado State University. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have 4 years experience in multisystemic family and individual therapy with all ages. I like to use play and art to process therapeutically. I have specialties in child centered play therapy, art therapy, trauma focused CBT, DBT, solution focused, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to use with individuals and families.

I work together with individuals and youngsters in a cooperative setting to identify, prioritize and solve problems. I believe that growth occurs through the examining and embracing of the total person (spiritual, emotional, mental and physical) in a nurturing and friendly environment. I use animal therapies in a experiencial setting to help facilitate lasting value changes and personal growth. I look forward to each and every client experience as a wonderful opportunity to experience change and growth!

My mission is to help you uncover your true potential and find your balance to be the best you can be. As a therapist, I've also seen therapy transform the lives of others. To guide people who have experienced little, if any, self-compassion in their lives, through the process of opening their hearts to themselves and coming to care for parts of themselves that they've disliked or struggled with for years, is incredibly rewarding. To witness lives changing through therapy gives me hope that all people have the potential to change and, on a broad scale, gives me hope for our world.
