Our minds and bodies do a wonderful job of helping us survive traumatic experiences, but these survival techniques can also begin to impact our connection with ourselves, our relationships, our purpose, and much more. Through exploring past experiences, strengthening the mind-body connection, and continuing to be curious and compassionate towards self, we can begin to shift ourselves out of survival mode into a life we choose.

Tele-therapy sessions are available throughout Colorado and California. As a somatic therapist specializing in trauma and relationship issues, I am devoted to helping clients heal and integrate the mind/body/spirit connection and to experience the deeper meanings and intentions of their life. I provide a warm, compassionate space for inner exploration so clients feel seen and accepted. Transformation and healing are then possible. I am a certified Brainspotting therapist.

Since 1991 our therapists have provided therapy to a diverse population of clients. We use evidence-based therapies to treat a wide range of individual, couple, and family issues. Our fees are on a sliding scale ranging from $25-$85. Our therapy is brief, strengths-based, and solution-focused. When you call, we will conduct a brief phone intake and schedule your first appointment. Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions are available for your convenience. We welcome all clients regardless of race, gender, class, sexual orientation, ethnicity, age, ability, family form, relational status, religion or presenting problem.

In all walks and phases of life, there may be roadblocks and bumps that you are faced with as an individual, couple, or family. My role is to guide, comfort, and support my clients as we navigate the obstacles together so that you no longer have to face them alone. I believe that people are resilient and capable of accomplishing their goals, healing past trauma, and developing secure relationships with themselves, their partner, and their family. I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping my clients meet and exceed their goals to heal, grow, and thrive as individuals, couples and families.

Bianca Box is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who has been practicing since 2021. Using various evidence-based interventions, Bianca helps kiddos understand and better cope with their big emotions, life stressors, and help them to process traumatic events so they can focus on being their best selves. She likes to use games and play-based interventions to help kids better understand themselves and their world. Outside of work, Bianca enjoys video games, building Lego sets, and reading comic books and fantasy novels with magic and unicorns and dragons in them.
