I help individuals and couples find independence, clarity, joy & meaning. Many of my clients come to me wrestling with attachment wounds, boundaries, heartbreak, troubling communication & behavior patterns and issues of self-confidence. I work collaboratively with my clients to provide an accepting space to explore life experiences, habitual reactions, childhood pain and expectations of relationships. This process can often be uncomfortable, which makes trust and safety my priority. I work from the lenses of Narrative, Attachment-based, Acceptance & Commitment and Emotionally Focused therapies.

I have specialized training to work with both individuals and couples and believe in a collaborative approach to counseling. Although you are the expert on your own life, I will bring my own expertise to shape our work around your goals and needs. My skills and qualifications cover a variety of areas but clients experiencing relational distress, anxiety, difficulty setting boundaries, wanting to work on their relationship with themselves or others, or distress in parenthood may be particularly well suited. I have a passion for helping clients feel more connected, authentic, and engaged in their lives and relationships.

My studies have been both in counseling and in spiritual arts, including astrology, chakras and energy/sound healing. Each of us has certain patterns, ways we exist in this world.
