I like to collaborate with my clients to aid them in identifying areas of struggle, creating workable goals and plans to help move forward in the change process and re-write unhelpful internal dialogue while creating fresh perspective. I am glad to integrate personal stories, faith, values, DBT and CBT concepts, narrative techniques, and behavioral strategies in tailored ways for each individual.

I specialize in supporting medical professionals, women, and diversely identifying individuals who are exhausted with their inner critics. Everyday it sounds something like "don't be so stupid," "you don't matter," and "it's your fault." When others critique you... "that tracks" but still hurts. When they compliment you... "if they only knew" or maybe they just want something. You wish you could believe that you aren't as bad as you feel all the time. You just want some peace of mind... or is it peace IN your mind? I believe the most important aspect of therapy is developing a good client-therapist rapport and creating a safe space for my clients to express themselves freely.
