As a therapist, my role is to guide you to achieving your personal treatment goals to live a happy & fulfilling life. I specialize in trauma and use EMDR therapy for treatment. I also have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes & transitions such as divorce, school/job changes, relocations, & friendship/relationship challenges. I meet you where you are in your journey & determine the therapeutic modality after getting to know you & your needs. I have been a Psychotherapist for over 15 years & am passionate about helping people reach their full potential in life!

Trauma often leaves unresolved emotional wounds and patterns of coping that no longer serve them. As a licensed psychotherapist, I specialize in helping adults who have suffered from trauma, with a deep understanding of how early experiences impact emotional and psychological well-being. I commonly work with clients experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, or relationship issues.

We understand the impact of being neurodivergent (autistic, ASD, PDA, ADHD, gifted, 2e, dyslexic, dysgraphic, dyscalculic) in a world built for neurotypicals. Because the world is not designed for neurodivergent people, daily life is often more difficult due to neurological differences that impact communication, executive functioning, sensory regulation, and learning.

I provide Individual counseling and couples counseling in Arvada, Colorado (West Denver.) I particularly enjoy working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs). Specialties include improving communication skills with couples and working with trauma, anxiety, depression, illness, and grief. I use EMDR for treating grief and trauma.
