Hi there! I’m Andrea and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in San Antonio, Texas. I’ve been working as a therapist for the last 9 years in a variety of settings, collecting a broad range of experience with diverse clients. I have a huge passion for working with individuals who have often felt misunderstood & mistreated by systems in their lives & I strive to build trusting & safe relationships with each client I see. My clinical training has afforded me the ability to work with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, personality disorders, & disordered eating.

I have 15 years of experience as a professional counselor in which I have had the privilege to work with young children to teens. Throughout this time, I have had the opportunity to work with adults in individual, couples, and family counseling. Kimberly Alaniz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor. She received her Masters of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University. Kimberly received clinical supervision post licensure in psychodynamic psychotherapy and family therapy at Clarity Child Guidance Center. She obtained specialized training designating her as a Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist through Evergreen Certifications.

As a mental health counselor, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. Through my experience, I have facilitated group therapy sessions, conducted individual/couples/family counseling sessions, and implemented evidence-based interventions to help clients overcome various mental health issues.

Monica Pinzon is a Licensed Professional Counselor that has developed experience helping families with generational trauma, cultural issues, youth-specific trauma, challenges as an immigrant, life adjustments, and family conflict. Monica is an immigrant who has a strong understanding of the impact that life adjustments can have on a person's mental health and overall sense of well-being. She is able to connect with youth easily and utilizes unconditional positive regard with all her clients. Monica completed her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. I specialize in treating complex trauma, sexual trauma and the full spectrum of anxiety and stress disorders with EMDR. I am passionate about working with clients whom have been diagnosed with personality disorders, children or spouses of individuals whom have been diagnosed with personality disorders, victims of sexual abuse and survivors of incest abuse. Lydia Friese is a Licensed Professional Counselor , 86941. Lydia earned her M.S. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Counseling. She specializes in relationship issues, Substance Abuse Disorders, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. She has 3 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, teens, couples, adults and families. Lydia’s goal is to provide clients a safe space for clients to move into awareness and gain self-trust. In turn seeing life's challenges as manageable.
