My approach to working with people involves identifying motivation through reflection and supporting through transitions. I work with individuals to build connections with their bodies. I use these modalities: Somatic Experiencing, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices. Note: I presently don't work with teenagers under 17 years of age or in high school

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I work with individuals, couples and adolescents. My experience includes supporting clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss. I have personal and professional experience with neurodivergence to include ADHD/ADD, Autism, Dyslexia and Sensory Integration Disorder.
