Hello and welcome! I realize that choosing a therapist can be intimidating but you’ve made it this far, which means you’re ready to take action and I am here to help! My goal is to create a safe, judgment free, and empowering therapeutic alliance that allows each client to reach his or her full potential. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and integrative to your needs. Each person is unique and therefore deserves an individual approach to therapy. I have experience working with individuals struggling with symptoms related to traumatic events as well as individuals battling addiction, mood and anxiety disorders, and grief.
I am trained in and utilize techniques from motivational interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, complicated grief therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness based stress reduction, EMDR, and CPT. Specializing in trauma informed therapies EMDR and CPT, I have had the privilege of witnessing real change and recovery in those suffering from PTSD.
