My philosophy as a counselor is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you and meet you where you are in your mental wellness journey. I commend you on taking the first step to seek therapy, this already shows one strength in you. Sometimes there are obstacles that get in the way and one can find it hard to move past those obstacles. Some of those obstacles could be depression, anxiety, daily life challenges, and marital conflicts. Are you seeking pre-marital counseling, finding it hard to see eye to eye with your partner, having conflicts? My mission is to provide a warm inviting atmosphere that will enable you to find your strengths, create effective goals leading to successful interventions for you and or your partner.

Welcome to my practice! We all have unique challenges that warrant a warm, compassionate approach. I am prepared to walk beside clients as they work through trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transition issues. Additionally, as lifelong athlete, I also specialize in sport psychology consulting work for high school through professional athletes. Regardless of client background, I strive to form a unique relationship with each individual I work with and am passionate about helping others develop the tools to overcome their difficulties; life, health, and sport-related (when applicable); and become their best selves possible.
