My approach is eclectic, client-centered, and strengths-based, with attachment and trauma theories as to the foundation.I incorporate my specialized training in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Mindfulness-Based strategies to discover the internal strengths and hidden blockages necessary to promote healing.
