Are you or your family system struggling with poor communication, unhealthy boundaries, debilitating anxiety, or depression? I work with adults, adolescents, and children to help them identify healthy ways to resolve some of those challenges and find the tools necessary to restore balance in their lives. I follow a psycho-dynamic approach in my practice and employ specialized training in play therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Prolonged ExposureTherapy. Play enhances self-expression and provides a conduit for children to process thoughts and emotions. ART and PE provides a safe space to process traumatic events.
Whether it is finding the best parenting practices, acquiring strategies to cope with emotional distress, or improving patterns of communication, I am here to work alongside you in this discovery process. There is not a single pathway to address the many concerns we all face today.
