I fight for my clients and gently challenge them to not give up but instead learn better coping mechanisms so they can get through the difficult times in their lives. This is how I invest in them. I will, however, move at your pace, and if you simply need a space to digest things, we may do so together while you discover more constructive methods to deal with trying circumstances.
I offer marriage/premarital, family, and individual counseling starting at the age of 15 years old and up. From anxiety, depression, and trauma, to just the everyday dysfunctionality in relationships, or needing a safe place to talk things through, I will be a non-judgmental person to process things with and plan out goals to meet in the future.
I am just as human as the rest of the people living on this planet. I enjoy movies, bluebell ice cream, binge-watching a good show, or reading a good book. I love to get to know my clients and make them feel welcome in the counseling room. I wanted to become a counselor because I love offering a safe place to process the hard things in life.
