My dream is to see my clients discover their purpose, restore their identity, and heal from past pain. As a mental health coach and pastoral counselor, my goal is to help people shift from living in pain to embracing wholeness and purpose. Over the past 7 years, the care I have provided to my clients has impacted their lives, their family systems, and their future. I counsel and coach from an authentic, yet nurturing perspective. I keep it real and help propel people to greatness through connection and individualization. I use my diverse legal, theological, and mental health background to help my clients go from hurt to whole.

In addition to providing individual counseling for teen depression, teen anxiety, ASD, teen self-harm, and other teen-related issues, I also provide teen support groups. Group is one of the most powerful tools in helping teens grow and get better alongside other teens. When teens realize they are no longer alone they begin to see there is help and there is hope and want to be a part of a small community with those who understand. Each teen support group is led by a trained therapist with a small group of 4-7 members and ensures positive productive conversation as well as the development of new coping skills. ​​
