I focus on anxiety, depression, assertiveness, boundaries, NT/AS relationships or marital problems. Single incident trauma treated with EMDR. OCD treatment utilizing ERP and CBT. Se Habla Español. I am a native Spanish speaker able to translate and provide therapy in Spanish, as well as address acculturation difficulties for various ethnic groups. I am also a US Army veteran and personally understand many of the issues surrounding military life and culture.
I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, or dealing with life issues. Additionally, I work with adults 18+ yrs for Asperger's, and in NT/AS relationships. I hold life coaching certificates and am able to assist you with business and career planning (including marketing and business image) and life mapping.
I utilize a positive psychology framework and focus on strengths; and believe that everyone has the ability to improve. Teletherapy services are available to MN and Florida residents. I DON'T accept FL insurance, I can provide a super bill you can submit to insurance. I No Longer Provide ASD Assessments.

Groups
NT/AS Marriage Wife Therapy Group
This group is for women married to men diagnosed with HFA, ASD, or Asperger Syndrome. This group addresses education, the relationship and provides support and strategies for addressing common issues in NT/AS marriages. The group will meet for four to six sessions on Fridays for the first cycle starting at 5:00 pm. The cost is $20 per session which covers some materials and therapy time. The group starts October 12 and will end in November. Seating is limited to the first 8 participants. Please visit call or send an email for information.
