I invite you to awaken to a more authentic way of living. In my work I address the whole person, synthesizing mind/body approaches with medicine work as appropriate to support emotional regulation. I work to ensure that the space we work in together is a comfortable one, in which difficult issues and emotions can be explored without judgement.

In my practice I incorporate aspects of my past experience as a student and teacher of creative writing and literature by considering the ways in which clients use language to describe themselves, and by working with them to understand their stories.
